Common Questions
How do I set up my shift pattern?
Go to the Patterns tab and tap "New Pattern." Enter your rotation (e.g., 2 days on, 2 off, 3 nights on, 3 off) and set your start date. ShiftFlow will generate your full schedule automatically.
Can I export shifts to my calendar?
Yes. Go to Settings and enable Calendar Export. ShiftFlow will ask for calendar access and then write your upcoming shifts as calendar events.
How do subscriptions work?
ShiftFlow offers monthly and annual subscription options. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage subscriptions in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
How do I restore my subscription?
Open the app and tap "Restore Purchases" on the upgrade screen. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID and transfers automatically.
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored locally on your device. We have no servers and cannot access your shift schedules.
How do I delete my data?
Delete individual patterns from the Patterns tab, or delete the app to remove all data.
