Data Collection

ShiftFlow stores all your data locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. Your shift schedules, patterns, and preferences never leave your device.

Calendar Access

ShiftFlow may request access to your calendar (via EventKit) to export shifts. This access is optional and only used to write shift events to your calendar. We do not read or collect any existing calendar data.

Third-Party Analytics

ShiftFlow uses Mixpanel for anonymous product analytics to understand how features are used and improve the app. Mixpanel collects usage events (such as screens viewed, features used, and subscription actions) along with technical metadata (app version, device type). No personally identifiable information is collected. Mixpanel does not use advertising identifiers (IDFA). You can learn more about Mixpanel's privacy practices at mixpanel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Subscriptions

ShiftFlow offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions via StoreKit 2. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
