Does Plotwright need an internet connection?

No. Plotwright is fully offline. Building a plot, editing the input list, previewing the page, and exporting the PDF all work with airplane mode on. You only need the network for the App Store purchase and software updates.

What do I get for free, and what does the purchase unlock?

Building is always free — place gear, arrange your stage, build the input list, and preview the finished page at no cost. The single $4.99 in-app purchase unlocks exporting, saving, and sharing the PDF. It is a one-time purchase; there is no subscription, and there is no paywall before you have built your plot.

Will my stage plots sync between devices?

No. Plotwright stores your plots locally on the device you build them on. There is no cloud sync — by design, your content never leaves your device except as the PDF you choose to share.

What does the exported PDF look like?

A clean, one-page, print-ready PDF (US Letter and A4) with the stage diagram and the numbered input list on the same sheet, plus the act name, contact, and last-edited date in the header. It is true-vector and mono-safe, so it stays crisp and legible even printed in black and white.

Can I start from a template?

Yes. Plotwright ships with starter templates (such as a 4-piece rock band, a solo acoustic act, and a DJ set) so you don't start from a blank canvas. Each template is a fresh, independent plot you can edit freely.

How do I get a refund?

All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support directly. We do not process payments or refunds.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Open the export sheet inside Plotwright and tap Restore Purchase. Your unlock is tied to your Apple ID and transfers automatically.
