Feedback
We'd love to hear from you. Whether it's a bug report, a feature request, or general feedback about Beakly, email us at support@9592.tech. We read every message, and feedback from bird owners directly shapes what we build next.
About Beakly
Beakly is a daily health log for pet-bird owners. Weighing your bird every day is one of the most reliable early signals of a problem, because birds instinctively hide illness. Beakly turns that daily gram weigh-in into a trend, automatically flags a 5–10% drop with a "call your vet" prompt, lets you attach dated dropping photos, tracks molt context (so a normal molt-related dip isn't mistaken for trouble), and exports a clean, vet-ready PDF you can bring to an appointment. Everything is stored on your device and works offline.

Common Questions
How do I log a daily weigh-in?
Weigh your bird on a gram scale, open Beakly, and enter the weight. Over time Beakly plots the trend so you can see changes you might miss day to day.
What does the "call your vet" flag mean?
When Beakly detects roughly a 5–10% drop from your bird's recent baseline weight, it flags it as a prompt to contact your avian vet. It is an early-warning signal, not a diagnosis — birds hide illness, and weight loss is often the first measurable sign.
Why track molt?
Birds can lose a little weight during a molt, which can look like a worrying drop. Logging molt status gives that dip context so a normal molt isn't mistaken for a health problem.
How do I export a PDF for my vet?
Generate a vet-ready PDF from within the app and share it via any app (email, Messages, etc.). The PDF includes your bird's weight trend and the notes you've logged.
Where is my data stored?
All of your bird's health data — weights, photos, molt notes, and PDFs — is stored locally on your device. There is no account and no cloud sync, so we have no servers storing it and cannot access it.
How does the free trial and subscription work?
Beakly offers a 7-day free trial, after which it continues as an auto-renewable subscription. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device (or open the App Store, tap your profile, then Subscriptions), select Beakly, and change or cancel your plan. Cancelling at least 24 hours before the trial or period ends prevents the next charge.
How do I restore my subscription on a new device?
Open Beakly and tap "Restore Purchases" on the subscription screen. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID and transfers automatically.
How do I delete my data?
Delete individual entries within the app, or delete the app to remove all locally stored data.
Is Beakly a substitute for a vet?
No. Beakly helps you spot trends early and bring good records to your appointment, but it is not veterinary advice. Always consult an avian veterinarian for medical decisions about your bird.
