Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using AI Actions ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

AI Actions provides AI-powered actions for Apple Shortcuts, enabling text completion, web search, image generation, and other AI capabilities through native iOS Shortcuts integration.

Subscriptions and Payments

AI Actions offers auto-renewable subscriptions across three tiers (Core, Advanced, Pro) with daily action limits:

Core: Text completion actions
Advanced: Web search and image generation actions
Pro: All actions with higher daily limits

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate.

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Apple ID account settings on your device (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions).

Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, the unused portion of the trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Refund Policy

All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support. We do not process payments or refunds directly.

Third-Party AI Services

AI Actions routes your prompts to third-party AI services (OpenAI, Google Gemini, Perplexity). Your use of these services through the App is also subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content generated by these AI services.

User-Provided API Keys

If you choose to use your own API keys (BYOK), you are responsible for your own API usage and any charges incurred with those providers.

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by 9592 Solutions UG (haftungsbeschrankt) and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before use.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 9592 Solutions UG (haftungsbeschrankt) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Dusseldorf, Germany.
